Most doctors can swap the handle themselves in a few minutes with basic hand tools, and every handle comes with written instructions and a short video showing how. If you'd rather not mess with it, send us the device and we'll install it for you.

The things doctors ask.

Is this an official Activator Methods part?
No. GripFix is an independent replacement handle. Activator Methods International does not sell the palm handle separately, which is why this exists. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
My handle hasn't broken. Should I still replace it?
If you'd rather not find out in the middle of a patient visit, yes. The stock handle tends to fail suddenly, and once it does you're without the device until a replacement arrives. Swapping it ahead of time takes a few minutes and leaves you with the original as a spare.
Is it more durable than the original?
That's the point of it. Both versions are built from materials chosen for strength, with extra thickness exactly where the stock handle fails. Every handle carries a lifetime warranty.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
If the handle breaks, cracks, or wears out, we'll send you a new one at no charge, for as long as you own it. Just email us. You don't need to send the old one back.
How hard is the swap?
A few minutes with basic hand tools. Instructions and a video come with the handle. If you'd rather not, the install service is $50 with return shipping included and a 2-business-day turnaround.
